Våra avgifter för lägenheterna i Brf Farvattnet kommer att höjas med 10 %.
De nya avgifterna kommer att gälla från och med 2024-07-01.
Höjningen sker på grund av ökade räntekostnader för föreningen och att vi är tvungna att modifiera föreningens hissar. Modifieringen av hissarna kommer att ske successivt med start under hösten.

Our fees for the apartments in Brf Farvattnet will be increased by 10%.
The new fees will apply from 2024-07-01.
The increase is due to increased interest costs for the association and that we are forced to modify the association's elevators. The modification of the lifts will take place gradually starting in the autumn.
